GRANT OF LICENCE
This is a legal agreement between you the Individual or Organisation and Heather Ker, Director of Basic Writing Skills Ltd, and the author/developer of the Better Writing: Better Grades CD. The Licence does not constitute a sale and does not authorise a sale of the Programme or anything created thereby. All intellectual property in the Programme (including copyright) is owned by Heather Ker - Better Writing: Better Grades. The Individual or Organisation must treat the Programme like any other copyrighted material. By installing or using the Programme, the Individual or Organisation agrees to be bound to all of the terms of this Agreement.
While you may use the Programme as an educational tool for the Individual or Organisation,
- You may not use the Programme on or over a network or any other transfer device (including the internet).
- You may not rent or lease the Programme.
- You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Programme.
- You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels in the Programme.
- You may not publicly perform or publicly display the Programme.
- You may not export or re-export the Programme or any underlying information or technology.
In the event that you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this licence, your rights to use the Programme will end, you shall stop using the Programme, remove the Programme from your computers, and permanently erase all copies of the Programme.
